We guarantee your check-in from 4 p.m.
If the apartment should be ready for you earlier, we will be happy to let you know on your check-in day.
In any case, you can arrive and deposit your luggage with us at any time.
Personal check-in
In order to be able to welcome you personally, we would be pleased if you let us know your approximate arrival time in advance by e-mail.
You can also call us again from Chur or about 1 hour before Arosa , then we can take appropriate action and we will certainly be at the house when you arrive.

Check out
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Contact us before your departure and arrange a check-out appointment with us.
Late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability.
If you wish to leave between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., we charge a surcharge of CHF 80.00.

Parking
There are parking spaces directly in front of the house for loading and unloading.
For the duration of your stay, we recommend a public car park about 300 meters away on foot from Haus Belmont, for example the Ochsenbühl car park.
The parking lots/houses in Arosa are chargeable.

Due to the current hygiene regulations, we are not allowed to leave any food (which also includes spices) in the apartments.

Pets

House rule
Rest time:
We ask you to observe the nightly quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
To make the laundry:
Use of the laundry room possible on request. Washing machine per wash CHF 5.00 (incl. detergent) + CHF 3.00 per dryer.
Garbage disposal
- In Arosa, waste may only be disposed of in the blue Arosa refuse sacks.
These are available individually in our Belmont office for CHF 2.00. - You will find trash containers to the right of the building.
- Cardboard and paper can be disposed of bundled in UG3.
- Glass drop is located vis-a-vis the coffee “Gnuss Pur” bakery Gadient.
Apartment handover
- Please leave your apartment swept clean.
- We ask you to remove the bed linen yourself and to collect it in a pile in the apartment – as well as the towels.
- Please report damage or non-functional devices and other abnormalities immediately or at check-out at the reception.

Info summer / winter
Laundry
- Washing machines and tumble dryers can be found on the 1st floor.
- Let us know if you want to wash so we can explain everything to you.
- One wash cycle costs CHF 5 including washing powder.
- Laundry racks are available and can also be used in the apartment/balcony.

We – Jenny, Flo and Carmen are personally there for you. We are caretaker, concierge, helper, supporter and above all host.
