We guarantee your check-in from 4 p.m.

If the apartment should be ready for you earlier, we will be happy to let you know on your check-in day.
In any case, you can arrive and deposit your luggage with us at any time.

Personal check-in
In order to be able to welcome you personally, we would be pleased if you let us know your approximate arrival time in advance by e-mail.

You can also call us again from Chur or about 1 hour before Arosa , then we can take appropriate action and we will certainly be at the house when you arrive.

Check out

Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Contact us before your departure and arrange a check-out appointment with us.

Late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability.

If you wish to leave between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., we charge a surcharge of CHF 80.00.

Parking

There are parking spaces directly in front of the house for loading and unloading.

For the duration of your stay, we recommend a public car park about 300 meters away on foot from Haus Belmont, for example the Ochsenbühl car park.

The parking lots/houses in Arosa are chargeable.

Spices & Food

Are not included in the kitchen equipment.
Due to the current hygiene regulations, we are not allowed to leave any food (which also includes spices) in the apartments.

House rule

Rest time:

We ask you to observe the nightly quiet time from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

To make the laundry:

Use of the laundry room possible on request. Washing machine per wash CHF 5.00 (incl. detergent) + CHF 3.00 per dryer.


Garbage disposal

  • In Arosa, rubbish may only be disposed of in the blue Arosa rubbish bags .
    these are available individually from the Belmont office for CHF 2.00.
    Whole rolls are available at various sales outlets in town, such as Coop and Flüeler Hauswaren.
  • Drop-off container by the stairs in the bike/ski cellar at the yoga studio on the right.
  • Cardboard and paper can be stored in bundles in UG3.
  • Glass drop is vis-a-vis coffee “Gnuss Pur” bakery Gadient.
  • Please dispose of aluminum / PET yourself at the Coop collection points (also possible if Coop is closed). Drop off points outside.

Apartment handover

  • Please leave your apartment swept clean.
  • We ask you to remove the bed linen yourself and to collect it in a pile in the apartment – as well as the towels.
  • Please report damage or non-functional devices and other abnormalities immediately or at check-out at the reception.
    A heartfelt thank you.


Ski & Bike

From our ski & bike room you can easily get to the street via a side exit / entrance on an outside staircase and so you don’t have to go through the house with your equipment.

In the Belmont house there is a ski cellar with a heated ski boot warmer/dryer.

In summer, the ski room becomes a bike cellar and is equipped with a bike stand.
