Esteemed regular guests, returnees & friends of the Belmont

The Belmont house changed hands in May 2019 and thus also the hosts.

Since then, the house has been in its transitional phase. Carefully, respectfully and with joy, we would like to transfer the holiday apartments into a modern age.

What happened?

The holiday apartments in Haus Belmont have been redesigned and revitalized under the creative and motivated hand of floweiler.ch .

Under the motto “We bring the colors of nature indoors”, the house was cleared out and aired – now there is a fresh breeze!

Using the timeless colors of nature, we bring a natural mineral purity to the Belmont’s rooms. The warm, energy-efficient LED lighting concept is state-of-the-art and reminds us of the warmth of the sun. This is reflected in the soft, caressing wood of the maritime pine, from which the furniture such as benches, cupboards, tables and beds were made 100% by hand by our friend, the local carpenter, Reto Meier (Holz`n Art) . On the ground, the apartments remain discreet, reserved, quiet and valuable with Tarkett’s high-quality floor coverings made of recyclable non-toxic vinyl.

Another part of the building biology redesign is the new allergy-friendly sleeping concept with pocket spring mattress with integrated topper and pillow called “breeze”. This conveys lightness and, with clean new linen, is reminiscent of hotel bed sleeping comfort.

Other furnishings from the Freistil series (Rolf Benz) and the popular Swedish furniture store are selected regionally, carefully and sustainably, and some have been awarded the Blue Angel (certificate for health and environmental friendliness), thus creating a healthy indoor climate.

In all areas, the elements of nature were used in an environmentally friendly manner. The honest materials such as steel – wood – cotton and linen can be found throughout the house.

All helping hands were involved in the renovation of the new Belmont with a lot of love, care and manual work, and so the passion rounds off the personal design of the apartments in the Belmont house and gives the finishing touches that are needed for a healthy climate – good energy.

Joy and a respectful togetherness set the tone on the construction site and so the painter, locksmith, floor layer, seamstress, cleaning lady and carpenter became a field full of creativity – this is how the new Belmont is created.

The loyal guests of the Belmont also rely on sustainability as returnees.
It is with great pleasure that we can take many regular guests of the house with us into the new era.
